Empowering Missouri communities.
One investment at a time.
What is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)?
Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) are private, mission-driven lending institutions that provide affordable financial products to historically underinvested individuals and communities.
CDFIs finance small businesses, micro-enterprises, nonprofits, commercial real-estate, affordable housing, and individuals. Doing so catalyzes economic development in areas that fall outside of the financial mainstream.
Helping build stronger communities
CDFI lending leads to small businesses and homeownership, creates living wage jobs, supports the development of schools, grocery stores, and health care centers, finances climate change solutions, and so much more.
